Policies

Sizing:

~ Please know your size. I do not offer refunds for sizing errors, and I don’t adjust sizes after a purchase. If you don’t know your size, go to your local jeweler to get it, or you can purchase a cheap sizer from me on the site.

Pro tip: always get a half size larger than what you’d normally wear for wide banded rings.

Care:

~Your jewelry was handcrafted to be sturdy! That being said, living in, sleeping in, and bathing with your jewelry on is never recommended. Hot springs and sulfur will tarnish your metal. All silver tarnishes over time. Purchase a Sunshine Polishing cloth from me to keep it nice and shiny.

Shipping:

~Please make sure your shipping address is correct, as it can not be changed once your transaction is processed. Torch and Talon assumes no responsibility for lost packages under any circumstance. If you have a problem receiving your shipment, please contact USPS online or your local post office and provide them with your tracking number. You have the option to insure your item when you check out. By selecting that option your package will be insured for the full amount.

Returns:

~If an item breaks due to a fail in design, please email me, and I will make it right. If the piece has been thrashed or the stone gets scratched, there’s nothing I can do.

There are no refunds on custom down payments.
